Since the evolution of The Ary many initiatives have been introduced to keep up with the ever changing, fast paced environment and unique club landscape. Most initiatives may have focused on product, some on promotion and others on quantity, however there has been one constant... good service!
So, it was on this premise that we created the inspiration for the customer service program “Do more of what makes you awesome” - a service promise to be dedicated to awesomeness, to build on this strength and to create an avenue for adding value to customers.
It’s about building on the existing customer service techniques, integrating valuable sales suggestions and creating a reason for a customer to return.
Dedicated to Awesomeness recognises employees who share the Club’s dedication and commitment to community by showing compassion, integrity, team work and respect.
